I honour my bodies as allies. My physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies know the way back to balance.
🌀 When the four bodies are in harmony and alignment, our perception of stress changes.
Stress doesn’t hit us in the same way anymore. We may still feel irritated, confused, frustrated or anxious...
But — it doesn’t overwhelm us. It doesn’t destabilise us anymore.
All these stay there as a natural obstacle, but it’s something we can move through — because every wave no longer throws us off alignment
✨ The four bodies are interconnected
Our bodies exist in the same time and space, interconnected.
Each one influences the other.
When I neglect my physical body — don’t eat, don’t rest, don’t move — I feel emotions more intensely.
Irritation, tiredness, overwhelm.
Stress feels much heavier. Because my emotional body is hurting.
That’s why, when I know a demanding period is coming, I consciously choose to take care of all my bodies.
I support them, so they can support me.
💫 What does it mean to support your bodies?
To give them nourishment, movement and allow them to rest — in ways that are mindful and true to your rhythm.
It means having a set of self-care rituals that support the balance of all four bodies, as a pathway to well-being
I don’t believe in a universal recipe that works for everyone. But I do believe in following your rhythm. In listening to your body. In authentically exploring what feels good — and turning that into a gentle, steady habit.
💭 To help with that, I ask myself simple anchor questions:
How did I nourish my bodies today?
How did I offer them sufficient rest?
When was the last time I moved them — not just physically?
If you feel like you’ve neglected these needs in the past few days, I’m sharing some personal ideas below, useful to gently support your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.
These are tools that work for me – maybe they’ll inspire you to create your own ritual.
🌱 Physical Body
Needs: food, movement, rest.
🍲Nourishment that feels good:
A warm, nourishing meal
A green juice in the morning, which I prepare it with celery, kale, baby spinach, green lettuce, apple, lemon, ginger. If you're interested in the recipe, write to me.
Light meals, as often as I can
Eating with joy – even if it’s a rich dessert with sugar, I choose to enjoy it without guilt.
Plenty of water – hydration is essential.
💃Movement that energises me:
Walking in nature, observing my surroundings
Dancing, gentle yoga or stretching. I used to push myself with intense workouts — until I realised I wanted joy, not struggle. Now my workout rarely goes beyond 30-minute, consistency is more important for me.
😴Rest and relaxation:
Somn de calitate (8–9h)
Conscious breathing, especially when I feel agitated
Epsom salt baths, with lavender oil and magnesium for deep muscle relaxation
Watching a cheerful show or movie
🌊 Emotional body
Needs: positive emotions, sincere expression, a safe space.
💞 Emotional nourishment:
I cultivate positive emotions like gratitude, joy and compassion
I spend time with loved ones or call someone I miss
I offer an act of kindness, expecting nothing in return
🌬️ Emotional movement:
Emotional rest and relaxation
🫖 Emotional rest and relaxation:
Quiet time alone, often with a warm tea, blanket and an absorbing book
I listen to the sound of water – and if nature isn’t an option, then a YouTube playlist will do.
Hearing my cats purr next to me – emotional relaxation sounds like Luna and Sol to me <3
💨 Mental Body
Needs: nourishment – information and perspectives that support growth, movement – mental clarity and flexibility, rest – breaks from constant stimulation.
📚 Mental nourishment:
A good book
High-quality online content
Learning something new
🧠 Mental movement:
Journaling to bring clarity
Self-coaching: I ask myself questions that create awareness and allow reframing, without judgement
When I feel stuck, I change perspective – physically or mentally. A walk, or a conversation with a sounding board always helps
🧘 Mental rest and relaxation:
I limit phone scrolling and close my eyes, just to rest.
I meditate or breathe mindfully – practicing focused attention to calm my inner dialogue.
I connect with my body to step out of my mind – even a simple body scan can work like magic.
I do ThetaHealing or listen to binaural beats.
If a task keeps nagging at me, I write it on a sticky note or send myself an email so I don’t have to carry it around in my head.
🔥Spiritual body
Needs: nourishment – connection with something higher and others, movement – spiritual expansion, rest – letting go of control and trusting the rhythms of life and the Universe.
🌌Spiritual nourishment:
Gratitude practices
Rituals that are meaningful to me — for equinoxes, solstices, full or new moons, or when I feel it’s time
I listen to my intuition, let myself be guided by dreams – I keep a dream journal
🕊️ Spiritual movement:
Practices with crystals, elements, light, and ThetaHealing – I facilitate these not only for my clients, but also for myself.
I join workshops on topics that interest me, events, ceremonies.
I spend time with people who share similar interests.
🌙 Spiritual rest and relaxation
I accept the transformations that come — even if they’re uncomfortable. I leave my worries in the hands of the Universe, trusting that guidance comes in divine timing
I sleep with certain crystals around or under my pillow, like Selenite or Angelite
I allow myself to do nothing — just to be
Especially after intense energetic work, I take it slow — so the integration can happen naturally, and I don’t reach spiritual burnout.
When you honour all your bodies, you create a space for profund alignment, where you can bloom in your own rhythm.
This is the foundation of the HarmonRise method — a gentle process of energetic alignment and growth, bringing the 4 bodies into harmony so personal evolution can unfold, naturally and at your own pace.
