HarmonRise Frequently Asked Questions

In this section, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about the HarmonRise method and the alternative therapies I facilitate.
If you don’t find the information you’re looking for, you can write to me here.

  • They don’t replace each other – they complement one another. You can practice them in parallel, depending on your needs.

Psychotherapy helps you understand and process experiences through the mind in most cases. Alternative therapies go beyond this level – working with your energetic dimension, where balance and healing can also take place, sometimes even without logical explanation. Or even instantly.

From my own journey, years of psychotherapy gave me awareness, but alternative therapies supported a deeper shift, helping me move beyond what felt stuck. Together, they opened space for faster and more profound transformation.

  • The feeling of stagnation in therapy is not unfamiliar to me. I know how it feels to keep putting in constant effort – whether through conventional therapies or other forms of inner work – and still feel that progress is slow, or that you’re going in circles.

Blockages in therapy can appear for many reasons. For me, the most evident ones were:

    • Too much awareness and too little space for integration – I would discover truths about myself, but they stayed at a cognitive level, without creating the space for them to naturally and gently settle within me.

    • A sense of emotional overwhelm – it felt like I was constantly uncovering new layers of things to process, without experiencing real release. Instead, I carried them with me every day as additional pressure.

    • The therapeutic approaches no longer brought new insights – what once seemed to help started to feel like it was keeping me in a loop I didn’t know how to break.

If you feel you are in such a blockage and are looking for a different approach, the HarmonRise method can offer you a new framework – one that is gentle, adapted to your rhythm and your needs.

  • Each of us is different. It’s natural that, during alternative therapies, the sensations we experience vary.
We tend to notice more easily the types of sensations or experiences we are more “familiar” with – those we have a closer relationship to. For example, some of us are more connected to the visual sense, others to touch.
During practice, it’s possible to experience sensations from just one spectrum, from several, or even from all of them. But it can also happen that we don’t feel much on a sensory level – and that does not mean the practice isn’t working.

On a subtle, invisible level, changes occur organically. Energy continues to work long after the session, even if the conscious mind doesn’t notice immediately. This is something specific to working with subtle energy.

The most helpful “control key” is to give yourself time – to let the practice integrate at your natural rhythm and to notice what changes and insights appear along the way. Over time, you may notice shifts in your emotional state, in mental clarity, or in how you perceive certain life situations, offering you a different perspective and understanding.

  • During the practice or in the integration period that follows, it is possible for unpleasant sensations to appear, especially in the physical body. Even though we label them as “unpleasant” and the natural tendency is to worry, they are just as normal for the body as “pleasant” sensations.

These somatic sensations appear when the body releases energy associated with a past event (what many call a traumatic event). The more intense the sensation in the tissues, the deeper the imprint of that experience – even if, on a rational level, it may seem “minor” or may not even have been consciously perceived. Still, such events record those memories and store the information on subtle levels, until we are ready to release them.

Another common effect of the transformation and energetic realignment process is a state of tiredness after practice, which can sometimes last for a few days.
This phenomenon happens because your nervous system, usually in “fight or flight” mode, finally begins to relax. As it calms down, the body enters a phase of regeneration and rebalancing. Don’t worry – these sensations are temporary. As balance is restored (physical – emotional – mental – energetic), discomfort fades away, because energy is being released and transformed.

If you are experiencing such states, I encourage you to give yourself time to rest and listen to your body’s needs. Sometimes, a gentle walk, conscious breathing, or even a short power nap can help make the integration process smoother. 😊

  • The alternative therapies I facilitate do not have contraindications. However, in the case of crystal therapy, there are a few specific situations that require caution: for example, during medical interventions that involve anesthesia, since certain crystals may neutralize the effects of anesthesia and interfere with the medical process, or in cases of bone fractures that have not yet been properly set, as some crystals can stimulate the healing process before the bone is correctly aligned.

In addition, the alternative therapies I facilitate are complementary and work very well alongside other forms of therapy (conventional or non-conventional), without negatively influencing their results. On the contrary, they support the mental and emotional space needed for other therapies or treatments to be more effective—encouraging and amplifying the healing process and restoring inner balance.

  • It is not necessary to be in the same room for our sessions to have an effect. In terms of results and transformations, there is no difference between an in-person session and an online one. In the alternative therapies I facilitate through the HarmonRise method, we work with energy and our innate ability to connect, aspects that are not limited by space.

When we meet online, it is ideal to be able to see and hear each other for smooth communication.

I have had the pleasure of working exclusively at a distance with clients in different cities and even different countries, and their results reflect that this way of working is just as effective.

  • As mentioned before, it is possible that after alternative therapy you may experience unpleasant sensations, as a result of releasing memories and somatic tensions that have been “stored” in the body for a long time. The most common are mild pains, dizziness, pressure in the body, fatigue, or even emotions and feelings that may feel overwhelming or unsettling. All these releases are your body’s natural way of “recalibrating” and returning to balance.

There is no need to worry, but please write to me if what you feel becomes too difficult to manage on your own. I am here to support you in this journey, not only during the session but also beyond the practice itself.

After an alternative therapy session, I recommend that you take things slow. You may feel more sensitive than usual, so it’s a good idea not to plan very demanding activities immediately after. Allow yourself time for rest, integration, and release of pressure.

Above all, please don’t judge yourself, no matter what you feel or experience. Everything that comes to the surface is part of your process, your journey toward a state of wellbeing. Instead of criticizing yourself, try to look at it with gentleness, patience, and compassion for yourself. Take a moment to acknowledge your courage for opening up, for your willingness to explore, and for the active role you take in your own life.

  • To fully benefit from your HarmonRise sessions, here are a few suggestions that can help you enter this process in an open and receptive way:

    Avoid alcohol and tobacco

Ideally, avoid drinking alcohol or smoking 24–48 hours before the session. These substances influence your energetic vibration and may create resistance that could make the process of connection and integration more difficult.

    Stay well hydrated

Make sure you drink enough water before the session. Proper hydration supports the flow of energy in your body and makes transformations easier and smoother.

    Eat light meals

Nourish yourself properly but avoid heavy or rich meals before practice. A light and well-nourished body facilitates openness and readiness for the experience, without feeling weighed down.

Set an intention for the session or our collaboration

What do you wish to gain, release, or explore in this process of personal transformation?
Setting an intention is not mandatory, but it can bring clarity and focus before stepping into the session, whether in person or online.
This step is especially valuable if it’s your first time, during the introductory session.
If you feel a guide with question prompts would be useful, I’ve prepared a few suggestions - you’ll find them in the next section.

  • The discovery session is the first step in the HarmonRise method, where we explore your needs and objectives. It’s an opportunity to see how we resonate and whether we want to work together. After this introductory session, you can choose a single HarmonRise session or a package of sessions.

If you feel it may be helpful, you can reflect on a few aspects before our meeting. The questions below are meant to create a starting point for our conversation. There is no need to have all the answers from the beginning – many of them will reveal themselves naturally during our discussion, throughout the process, in sessions, or over time. All in their own rhythm… :)

So, take a moment to reflect on these questions, if it feels right.

    • Which part of me needs the most attention right now?

    • What is my current state (mental, emotional, or physical)?

    • What motivates me to be here today?

    • If I had the courage to be guided by my intuition, what path would I choose now and what would I want to become possible for me?

  • After the practice, I encourage you not to put lot of pressure on yourself and to do things at your own pace – even if it feels like you’re moving more slowly than usual. This is absolutely natural and, most importantly, temporary. 🙂

You may also feel more sensitive and tired than usual, so I recommend staying mindful with yourself and your energy. Take some time just for you, in your own energy, so things can “settle” naturally. It can be helpful to keep a notebook or use your phone to write down any thoughts, insights, or messages you receive – including from dreams.

To help integrate the practice, I suggest:

    • Proper hydration – drink more water than usual, possibly with rehydration salts.

    • A healthy meal – make sure your body receives the nutrients it needs to support subtle-level integrations.

    • Natural sweets, if you feel dizzy – dark chocolate, dried fruits, almonds, or nuts can help stabilize your energy.

    • Restful sleep – sleep supports the integration process.

    • Relaxation through a bath or shower – a warm bath with salts and essential oils such as lavender, ylang-ylang, marjoram, or sandalwood can be very soothing. If you don’t have a bathtub, a shower combined with a few drops of essential oil rubbed into your palms and inhaled deeply will have a similar effect.

I also recommend avoiding alcohol and smoking after practice, as these may amplify or trigger sensations of post-practice discomfort.

  • In the HarmonRise method, transformational coaching and alternative therapies work together to create a holistic framework for transformation, addressing both the mental-cognitive sphere and the energetic dimension. My training in transformational coaching has been an important step in supporting my clients in the most effective way, giving me a new toolkit to use whenever needed.

In conversations with clients, I use transformational coaching techniques and intuitive coaching to facilitate moments of introspection and revelation.

For example, a well-timed coaching question, asked at the right moment, can trigger a profound awareness (an insight). This awareness, combined with energy work, allows for significant release and the clearing of patterns that no longer serve the client. This very combination of tools – coaching and subtle energy work – opens the way to deep and sustainable transformation, in which the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies are energized and aligned.
Thus, the method supports clients’ transformation on all levels, creating a space of inner harmony and growth, for overall wellbeing – this is, in essence, what HarmonRise is about.

  • Yes. HarmonRise is for anyone who feels the need for support or a space for personal exploration.

At the same time, I predominantly work with people who find themselves at specific turning points in their lives – moments that also reflect my own story, my past:

    • Those seeking regeneration – professionals caught in the spiral of exhaustion and daily pressures, who feel their inner resources are running low and are looking to regain their vitality and motivation.

    • Those who want to slow down and live more consciously – often juggling many responsibilities, yet feeling that “something is missing” and wishing for more presence, joy, and meaning in their lives.

HarmonRise is not about fitting into a category, but about creating the space where you can discover yourself, regenerate, and find your own rhythm that truly supports your growth.
